Instructions for Use：

Diffuse： Add 3–5 drops to your diffuser in the evening.
Massage blend： Mix 2–3 drops with 10ml (2 tsp) of carrier oil, such as jojoba or sweet almond oil.
Foot soak： Mix 3–4 drops with a spoonful of carrier oil or bath salt first, then add to warm water.
